SAP ABAP Consultant (m / f / d) – Permanent Position | Germany (Hybrid)

Location : Germany – Hybrid (on-site presence depending on project requirements)

Our client, a well-established company with a strong SAP landscape, is looking for a talented SAP ABAP Consultant to join their internal development team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and complex SAP projects in a long-term, secure role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom solutions using ABAP and ABAP OO
• Work closely with functional consultants to implement business requirements across various SAP modules
• Support ongoing S / 4HANA migration and greenfield developments
• Perform code reviews, technical documentation, and performance optimizations
• Develop interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData) and integrate with third-party systems
• Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of developed solutions

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development
• Solid understanding of core modules such as MM, SD, FI / CO, or EWM from a technical perspective
• Experience with modern development practices (ABAP OO, CDS Views, Fiori / UI5 integration) is a plus
• Familiarity with S / 4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform desirable
• Strong communication skills in German (B2+ minimum) and English
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style
• Eligible to work in Germany (EU work permit or equivalent)
