SAP ABAP Consultant with FI/CO (f/m/d)

In this position, you have the opportunity to work on impactful SAP ERP enhancement projects and provide expert-level support for Hyundai Group companies across Europe. As a SAP ABAP Consultant with a focus on FI/CO, you will contribute to the standardization and optimization of financial and controlling processes, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to analyze new requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting SAP ERP enhancement projects and providing second-level support for Hyundai Group companies in Europe
• Standardizing and improving FI/CO-related programs and processes
• Analyzing business requirements and delivering customer-oriented solutions
• Handling user requests and resolving unexpected issues in SAP FI/CO
• Implementing new ABAP programs to support evolving business processes
• Ensuring smooth handover from project teams and stabilizing systems post-implementation at new sites
• Complying with internal work processes and documentation standards
• Practicing continuous self-development to better understand business processes
• Advising and training users and new staff on newly implemented programs and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• 5~8 years SAP ABAP experience related to FI/CO module
• Strong understanding of ABAP code and debugging skill
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO process/configuration
• Good business process analysis skill
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; preferred second language of German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Czech
