SAP ABAP Developer

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a global presence in 33 countries and over 19,000 experts. The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We are looking for a SAP ABAP Developer to join this global organization.


Objectives
• Delivering efficient SAP ABAP solutions, optimizing data models, ensuring smooth system migrations and upgrades, and fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within global teams, with a mandatory good level of German and English.


Responsibilities
• Designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP programs in SAP systems.
• Building and maintaining CDS Views for data modeling.
• Leading or supporting data migration projects.
• Coordinating with teams across different locations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs as needed.
• Supporting SAP upgrades and enhancements, ensuring best practices are followed.


Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong hands-on experience with CDS Views and ABAP on HANA.
• Proven experience in data migration tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and German.
• SAP Fiori/UI5 experience is a plus.
