SAP Basis Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest, and implement new technology solutions following best practices and standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Qualifications

• Perform SAP system installations and complete end-to-end system provisioning, including pre- and post-installation activities.
• Execute various types of SAP client copies and associated system administration tasks.
• Manage SAP add-on installations, support package updates, and component upgrades to ensure system consistency and compliance.
• Conduct regular SAP maintenance activities, including SAP NetWeaver upgrades, component upgrades, support package and plug-in implementations.
• Perform HANA database revision upgrades, table partitioning, and other performance optimization tasks.
• Configure and maintain the Transport Management System (TMS) and oversee transport operations across the landscape.
• Support and maintain HANA System Replication for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Execute system refreshes and system copies across development, quality, and production environments.
• Install and configure SAP systems on public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP), with experience across various database backends being a plus.
• Manage both public and private cloud infrastructure for SAP landscape operations and administration.
