We advise on IT strategy and processes, implement, and operate systems, including support and maintenance. Our expertise covers SAP in various industries such as retail, process industries, manufacturing, professional services, and the public sector. We support on-premises, cloud, or hybrid deployments and develop in-house products to enhance efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure system operation, perform error analysis, maintenance, and execute system updates on customer systems.
• Carry out basic projects such as release upgrades for ABAP and Java, and manage projects as needed.
• Handle system administration and configuration, including technology planning for SAP HANA and HANA migration.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to customers in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Assist in presales activities related to platform services for new customers.
• Manage incidents and problems effectively.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends.
• Degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SAP system setup, operation, upgrades, patches, and database upgrades for ABAP and Java systems.
• Knowledge of at least two SAP databases such as HANA, Oracle, or DB2.
• Business fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
• Additional skills: Service Delivery Management, Project Management, and Consulting.
