About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Plan-to-Deploy Consultant with deep expertise in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module to support a leading pharmaceutical organization. This is a hands-off, business process-focused consulting role, ideal for someone who excels in strategic advisory, process design, and stakeholder engagement rather than system configuration or technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP PM within the broader Plan-to-Deploy (P2D) landscape.
Advise business stakeholders on best practices, process optimization, and SAP capabilities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Lead workshops and discussions to align SAP PM processes with operational and compliance needs.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions.
Support global rollout and harmonization initiatives across multiple sites.
Ensure alignment with GxP and other pharmaceutical industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on Plant Maintenance (PM) .
Proven track record in business process consulting – not hands-on configuration.
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries, with knowledge of compliance and validation requirements.
Fluency in German (C1 level) and professional proficiency in English is essential.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
