🚀 SAP Developer (ABAP)
Location: Germany (Hybrid or Remote Options Possible)
Language Requirements: C1 German (minimum), Fluent English
Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level (approx. 3–5 years)


We are looking for a client-facing SAP Developer with a solid foundation in ABAP and ideally experience in SAP BTP, to join a fast-growing team within the insurance sector. This role is perfect for developers looking to contribute meaningfully to S/4HANA transformation projects while helping shape a department in the midst of exciting growth.


✅ Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP development
• Strong ABAP skills; BTP experience is a plus
• Minimum of two completed S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience in direct client interactions
• Insurance industry experience is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1+) and English
