Job Title: SAP Developer

Role Purpose

As an SAP Developer, you will build, extend, and maintain SAP-based applications and integrations. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and global stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support enterprise processes and digital objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, UI5, Fiori, and related technologies
• Design and build interfaces and integrations between SAP and other systems (e.g. via OData, RFC, IDoc, APIs)
• Collaborate with functional teams (e.g. business analysts, architects) to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects—analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, support
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise existing SAP solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and compliance with development standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, development practices, and automation
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong proficiency in ABAP development (classical reports, function modules, BAdIs, enhancements, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (OData, REST APIs, RFC, IDocs)
• Good understanding of SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, FI) and business processes
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP projects in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of performance tuning, code optimisation, and security best practices
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional, global teams
• Proactive, analytical mindset, with focus on quality and scalability
