Role

• Senior Consultant – Advise and implement SAP EHSM solutions for global customers.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes in environmental, health, and safety management.
• Design and implement SAP EHSM modules (e.g., emissions management, waste management, incident management, risk assessment, environmental compliance).
• Coordinate requirements, solutions, and technical implementation with specialist departments and IT teams.
• Support planning, execution, and follow-up of workshops and training courses.
• Manage projects and mentor junior staff.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience with SAP EHS or EHSM.
• End-to-end project experience is advantageous.
• Customizing experience is a must.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
