About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager to lead our SAP Software Engineering team. You will oversee a group of SAP developers, guide technical solutions, and support business transformation projects. The role involves both hands‑on development and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SAP developers.
• Design and develop SAP solutions using ABAP and modern SAP technologies.
• Work on SAP HANA projects, ensuring performance and data quality.
• Promote best practices, minimize unnecessary customizations, and use SAP BTP services.
• Collaborate with other teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Mentor and support team members’ professional growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development, including Object‑Oriented Programming.
• Experience leading SAP development teams.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA, Fiori/UI5, RAP, and SAP BTP.
• Understanding of Clean Core principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
