SAP EWM Management Consultant - Senior Level (m/w/d)

Overview

As a SAP EWM Management Consultant , you will be responsible for managing complex Warehouse Management projects, advising at the C-Level, leading project teams, and advancing our EWM consulting portfolio, especially in KI-Integration and AI Leveraged Consulting .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large EWM transformation projects from conception to go-live.
• Drive our "AI Leveraged Consulting" approach and develop innovative AI-supported solutions.
• Advise executive management and department heads on strategic logistics issues.
• Lead and develop project teams of consultants and client experts.
• Prepare executive presentations and business cases for decision-makers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients.
• Design innovative solutions with ProcessBridge and AI integration.
• Take thought leadership roles and represent ososoft at industry conferences.
• Mentor junior and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of SAP EWM consulting experience.
• Proven success in leading complex EWM projects.
• Deep expertise in warehouse processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA transformations.
• Knowledge of related SAP modules (TM, YL, PP).
• Industry specialization (Automotive, Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing).
• Experience with agile project methodologies.
• Interest in AI and digital innovations in logistics.
• Publications or speaking engagements on logistics topics.
• Existing network within the SAP community.
