Role Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join a high-performing team. You will play a central role in the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions as part of major S/4HANA transformation programmes.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring a balance of technical configuration expertise, process knowledge, and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CCA, PCA, COPA).
• Support S/4HANA migration and transformation programmes, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, and other SAP modules.
• Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define best practices.
• Provide guidance on system architecture, controls, and reporting structures.
• Deliver technical specifications, testing support, and end-user training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP FICO experience (including configuration, support, and implementation).
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA projects (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid migrations).
• Strong knowledge of integration between FICO and other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, reporting, and financial closing processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; German language skills highly desirable.
