Stellenbeschreibung:

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an SAP Finance & Budget Consultant (Senior). This resource will be working at our client site in Bonn, Germany.

We are looking for an SAP Senior Consultant with extensive experience across multiple SAP modules, particularly in finance and budget areas. The resource will assess current SAP system usage, analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose options for ERP implementation, including optimization, customization, or new system deployment (SAP or non-SAP).

The resource will report to the head of the SAP Unit and work remotely during CET office hours, with three planned weekly trips to the client site in Bonn, Germany.

Required Profile :

• Assess SAP solutions by preparing Terms of Reference, leading the SAP team, and collaborating with external parties through workshops, document reviews, and discussions.
• Be an expert in several SAP modules with a focus on Finance and Budget, and have experience in implementing SAP for international organizations.
• Experience in ERP system implementation and project management is preferred. The candidate should be capable of leading SAP Finance initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Assess current SAP system usage and perform a gap analysis to achieve integrated budgeting goals, proposing upgrade options, customizations, or alternative systems.
• Conduct detailed analyses of complex business process requirements and recommend suitable system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Design, document, and implement FI / CO modules.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and business partners.
• Oversee the implementation of financial solutions and understand other module integrations.
• Possess knowledge of the Bank Communication Management module and international banking requirements related to cross-border payments and XML formats.

Scope of Work / Duties of the Consultant :

Senior SAP and ERP implementation expert, specializing in finance and budget modules.

Required Technical Skills :

• Minimum 15 years of experience in international, complex SAP implementations, including SAP Finance modules and system architecture.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects is desirable.

Required Soft Skills :

• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative solutions.
