Your Role

To provide SAP S/4HANA GTS Functional services for implementation, rollouts, and support projects.

Required Experience:

• Experience in SAP GTS
• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business knowledge in the GTS module
• Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing
• Experience in Field Service, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts, and Warranty Claim Management
• Knowledge of replacement processing including Refurbishment process
• Understanding of labor activity posting and integration with time keeping systems

Responsibilities:

• Translate user requests into application system solutions
• Resolve business issues by collaborating with various groups within the company
• Redesign procedures to align with SAP functionality and best business practices
• Participate in 4-5 end-to-end implementations and 3-4 rollouts with S/4HANA
• Implement and support GTS solutions including full scope deployment to global markets
• Design & build full scope GTS solutions and roll out to new locations
• Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Share knowledge and expertise

Preferred Skills:

• Create Business Blueprints (BBP) based on design from IS Business Analyst and contribute to effort estimation
• Create configuration documents and functional specifications
• Perform functional testing and work with other modules for integration issues
• Conduct final validation of solutions (SIT) before User Acceptance Testing
• Support incident and problem resolution in the Run organization
