Your Role

To provide SAP S/4HANA GTS Functional services for implementation, rollouts, and support projects.

• Required Experience in SAP – GTS
• Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business knowledge in GTS module
• Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing
• Experience in Field Service, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts, and Warranty Claim Management
• Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including Refurbishment process
• Knowledge of labor activity posting and integration with time-keeping systems
• Translate user requests into application system solutions
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
• Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality
• Candidate must have 4-5 end-to-end implementations and 3-4 rollout experience with S/4HANA
• Implementations & GTS projects including full scope GTS solution to global markets
• Design & build full scope GTS solutions
• Implementation of new functionalities & rollout to new locations
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Focus on building and sharing knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Creates the Business Blueprint (BBP) - detailed process design and mapping to solutions, based on design from the IS BA, and contributes to effort estimation
• Creates Configuration documents
• Creates Functional Specifications
• Performs Functional Testing
• Works with other modules for Integration Issues
• Performs final validation of solutions (SIT) before submission for User Acceptance Testing
