Your Role

To provide SAP S/4HANA GTS Functional services for implementation, rollouts, and support projects.

Required Experience:

• Experience in SAP GTS module with strong SAP technical, configuration, and business knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing.
• Experience in Field Service, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts, and Warranty Claim Management.
• Deep understanding of replacement processing, including Refurbishment processes.
• Knowledge of labor activity posting and integration with timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user requests into application system solutions.
• Resolve business issues by collaborating with various groups within the company.
• Redesign procedures to align with best business practices and SAP functionality.
• Candidate should have 4-5 end-to-end implementations and 3-4 rollout experiences with S/4HANA.
• Lead implementations and GTS projects, including full-scope GTS solutions for the global market.
• Design and build comprehensive GTS solutions.
• Implement new functionalities and roll out to new locations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Focus on knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Create Business Blueprint (BBP), detailed process design, and mapping solutions based on IS BA design, including effort estimation.
• Create configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Perform functional testing and work on integration issues with other modules.
• Conduct final validation of solutions (SIT) before User Acceptance Testing.
• Support the support organization in incident and problem resolution.
