SAP HCM Consultant – Hybrid – Remote – 4.5 Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Whitehall Resources are currently seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant for a 10-week initial contract with a leading client based in Bonn, Germany. This role offers full-time remote working
Location: Bonn (Remote)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4.5 Month (Initial)
Rate: Excellent market rate
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse organisational processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
* Evaluate current state operations, identify customer requirements, and define future state and/or business solutions.
* Act as a subject matter expert with advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Develop detailed documentation of business processes and system specifications.
* Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends and support decision-making.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
* Provide solutions to problems for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate and manage team performance to deliver effective outcomes.
* Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key business and technology decisions.
* Continuously identify and drive process improvements and innovation opportunities.
Required Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
* Strong business analysis skills, including process design and systems integration.
* Experience in assessing business models and defining future-state solutions.
* Proven ability to facilitate workshops and gather stakeholder requirements.
* Excellent documentation skills (business processes, system specifications).
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
* English speaking required, German is a plus.
