SAP HCM for S / 4HANA Expert

Experience

You bring solid experience in SAP ECC HCM, with deep know-how in at least one of the following core modules :

Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY) or Time Management (PT)

You’re curious about or already familiar with SAP HCM for S / 4HANA – experience here is a strong plus, but not required

You enjoy working on complex HR IT landscapes, advising clients, and helping them navigate transformation journeys

You communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams – on-site and remote, business and technical

You’re fluent in German and English, and you value delivery excellence, structure, and team spirit
