We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on payroll (Germany, private sector, (non-)tariff) and personnel administration, basic time management and related interfaces.

• Advise our departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems
• Take on module application- and process responsibility
• Project lead and/or workstream lead in SAP HCM projects
• Proactively advise the HR department on innovations and architecture in the SAP HCM environment and best practices
• Continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions
• Coordinating and testing support packages, designing, planning and conducting user training and workshops (DE/EN)
• Manage external service providers

The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification, and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field. Fluency in German and English is required, and basic knowledge of SuccessFactors/Integration to SAP HCM is desirable.

• Personnel cost planning and/or structural authorizations
• Minor ABAP adjustments or Employee and Manager Self Service in SAP HCM (ESS/MSS)
