Stellenbeschreibung:

We are seeking experienced HCM / SuccessFactors Consultants for various organizations across multiple modules. Fluency in German is mandatory, and candidates must be based in Germany.

The key modules include:

• HCM Payroll (PY)
• HCM & FIORI
• SuccessFactors Employee Central & EC Payroll

Candidates may come from an in-house environment.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Process Analysis & Design: Analyze and map HR processes, identify gaps, lead workshops, and document requirements.
2. Configuration & Implementation: Configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, support integrations, and lead implementation activities.
3. Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, IT, and process owners; manage communication, risks, and governance.
4. Testing & Documentation: Create test plans, document processes and configurations, and maintain training materials.
5. Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide post-go-live support, recommend enhancements, and train HR teams.
