We are seeking experienced HCM / SuccessFactors Consultants for various organizations across multiple modules. Fluency in German is mandatory, and candidates must be based in Germany.

The key modules in demand include:

• HCM Payroll (PY)
• HCM & FIORI
• SuccessFactors Employee Central & EC Payroll

Candidates with in-house experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

1. HR Process Analysis & Design
   • Analyze and map HR processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, talent).
   • Identify gaps between HR needs and SAP / SuccessFactors functionality.
   • Lead workshops and document functional requirements.
2. Configuration & Implementation
   • Configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, etc.).
   • Support integrations, data migration, and RICEFW development.
   • Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout activities.
3. Project & Stakeholder Management
   • Collaborate with HR, IT, and process owners.
   • Bridge communication between users and technical teams.
   • Report status, manage risks, and support governance.
4. Testing & Documentation
   • Create and execute test plans (unit, UAT, regression).
   • Document processes, configs, and user materials.
   • Maintain training guides and support documentation.
5. Support & Continuous Improvement
   • Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues.
   • Recommend process / system enhancements.
   • Train HR teams and monitor quarterly releases.
