Your Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to support enterprise data governance and master data management initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The SAP MDG Consultant will contribute to the design and implementation of master data strategies that improve operational efficiency, ensure data quality, and support digital transformation.

• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex data governance challenges and deliver practical, timely solutions using SAP MDG and related tools.
• Strategic Perspective: Experience in shaping and executing master data strategies aligned with broader SAP S/4HANA transformation goals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
• Guidance & Support: Experience supporting teams and stakeholders in applying data governance best practices in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience advising on SAP MDG strategy and implementation, including integration with SAP S/4HANA and tools such as SAP Data Services and SAP Data Migration Cockpit.
• Background in data quality management, including defining corrective actions and implementing monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP ETL technologies, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Informatica MDM and other ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with SAP MDM, data enrichment, and resolving data issues is advantageous.
• Exposure to non-SAP source systems for data migration and integration is beneficial.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level or above) is required.
