Overview

I'm supporting a German medical devices client that's hiring a German-speaking SAP MM Consultant to join their internal team on a permanent basis.

The company offers a fully remote setup (within Germany), and you'll be part of an established SAP team working on ongoing process improvements, system enhancements, and supporting daily operations across procurement and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal expert for all SAP MM-related topics
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure and support SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification
• Support day-to-day operations, system upgrades, and continuous process optimisation
• Assist with rollouts, testing, documentation, and end-user training
• Work closely with other SAP module experts (e.g., SD, PP, FI) for cross-functional processes
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations

What they\'re looking for

• Proven experience in SAP MM (end-to-end processes, not just support)
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay, vendor management, and logistics
• Strong communication skills in German (B2 level or higher) and English
• Previous experience in regulated industries like medical devices or life sciences is a bonus
• Comfortable working remotely and independently, while still being a team player
