SAP MM/PM Consultant – Frankfurt or Berlin – Permanent – German Speaking
Whitehall Resources are currently seeking an experienced SAP MM/PM Consultant for an exciting permanent opportunity with an end-user client in Germany. The successful candidate will have strong workstream experience, be highly hands-on with customisation, and possess excellent skills in structuring and documenting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• System Implementation & Support
* Configure, customise, and optimise SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
* Lead workstream activities from design to delivery, ensuring business requirements are met.
* Structure and document detailed functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Oversee data migration activities related to materials, assets, maintenance plans, and vendor data.
* Conduct system testing, UAT support, and manage cutover activities for go-lives.
Required Skills:
• Technical Expertise
* Minimum 5+ years of SAP MM and PM configuration experience.
* Proven workstream leadership experience on large-scale SAP projects.
* Deep knowledge of procurement, inventory management, maintenance planning, and work order processing.
* Strong integration knowledge between MM, PM, and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, WM).
• Professional Skills
* Ability to structure, capture, and document requirements with clarity and precision.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both German and English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience across full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support.
* German and English speaking is a must.
