SAP RE-FX Consultant

Full-time | Permanent | Cologne | Telecom Sector

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to join a leading telecom company in Cologne. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). You will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize real estate and contract management processes, ensure compliance with IFRS 16/lease accounting requirements, and drive continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP RE-FX modules (lease administration, real estate contracts, valuation, integration).
• Act as the main point of contact for business users, ensuring smooth operations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to meet compliance standards.
• Manage incident resolution, change requests, and improvement projects.
• Support system rollouts, upgrades, and integration with other SAP modules.

Requirements

• 1-10 years’ experience in SAP RE-FX (implementation or support).
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16) and real estate processes.
• Background in telecom, utilities, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German
