SAP S / 4HANA Inhouse Consultant (m / f / d) Production Planning HQ Solutions

What you’ll do – your area of impact :

1. Transform complex supply chains into smart, digital flows.
2. Lead the design and implementation of processes for production plants, focusing on SAP S / 4HANA (PP module).
3. Provide hands-on customizing and process consulting in manufacturing.
4. Ensure seamless integration with modules like purchasing, warehouse management, sales, and maintenance.
5. Support the implementation of Fiori apps and mobile solutions in production and logistics.
6. Advise production teams and stakeholders during ERP transformation.
7. Align production and logistics flows with IT architecture and standards.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable lean and agile production environments.
9. Train and support users.

Your profile :

1. Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
2. Proven experience as an SAP S / 4HANA consultant or in-house expert in PP and logistics modules.
3. Deep understanding of SAP customizing, process integration, and interfaces.
4. Experience with Fiori, mobile use cases, and modern UX strategies.
5. Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain flows, and manufacturing processes, ideally in capital goods, construction materials, or wood/metal industries.
6. Proficiency in German and English.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
8. Team-oriented with a coaching attitude, supporting and leading by example.
