Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Roles & Responsibilities Leading or participating in the full lifecycle of SAP SM module implementation in S/4HANA, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support Designing functional and technical solutions for SAP S/4HANA Service Management, including configuring the system and ensuring it aligns with business needs. Championing process standardization and ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and architecture principles. Ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA Service Management with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and external systems (e.g., Salesforce). Creating and maintaining comprehensive design specifications, functional specifications, and other relevant documentation. Overseeing testing activities, including reviewing test plans and coordinating bug fixes, and supporting cutover, migration, and hyper care phases. Acting as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, providing guidance to clients and other team members. Participating in RFP responses, project scoping, effort estimation, and project timelines. Providing training to users and stakeholders and communicating effectively with both business and technical teams.ExpectationsGood Domain knowledge in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management. Working experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service Management functionalities, Service requests, Service contracts, Service orders, and billing. Experience with core S/4HANA business processes in Service Management, such as Inhouse Repair, Advanced Return Management, and Order to Cash. Ability to design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions, as well as document requirements and specifications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Experience participating in and leading projects, including planning, execution, and testing.
