Job Title: SAP Authorisations & Security Consultant - S/4 HANA

Location: Munich - Hybrid (predominantly remote 70/30)

Base location: Rosenheim

Job Type: Full-time

Contract Type: Permanent

As our SAP Authorizations & Security Consultant, you’ll play a lead role in designing the access architecture of tomorrow.

• Designing and maintaining role-based authorization concepts across SAP systems
• Enforcing SoD principles and GRC compliance
• Running audits, system integrity reviews, and license usage analyses
• Troubleshooting access issues and managing root cause analysis
• Optimising Central User Administration (CUA/ZBV) and user provisioning workflows
• Leading authorisation redesign projects to enhance security and reduce cost
• Training key users and business stakeholders on best practices
• Documenting and continuously improving our SAP authorisation standards

Key requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP authorisations and access control
• Proficiency in SAP GRC, SoD rulesets, and user provisioning
• Hands-on experience with Xiting XAMS and XCW
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) plus English proficiency
• Strong analytical mindset and solution orientation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations
• Familiarity with SAP Identity Management or external IAM tools

Tech Environment:

• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP GRC
• Xiting XAMS / XCW
• Central User Administration (CUA/ZBV)
• ABAP (read-only/debugging experience beneficial)
