Responsibilities

1. Analysis, modelling, and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry, focusing on production & planning (PP, Supply Chain, Integrated Planning).
2. Implementation of complete project cycles (Design, Build, Test, Run).
3. Design of discrete manufacturing-specific end-to-end scenarios emphasizing supply chain capabilities.
4. Conducting Fit-Gap analysis workshops with clients.
5. Analyzing SAP business best practices and proposing improvements or new potentials.
6. Providing advisory services on how SAP technologies support modern, digital production planning.
7. Researching key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and supporting the implementation of SAP solutions.
8. Presenting solutions effectively to clients and securing their buy-in prior to implementation.
9. Elaborating innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, aligned with market changes and innovations.
10. Contributing to Nagarro's practice growth through innovation.
11. Providing functional advisory and supporting team members.

Qualifications

1. Integrated understanding of modules and processes in Discrete Manufacturing (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau), with in-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module (PP with QM, PP/DS, IBP).
2. Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and full lifecycle SAP project implementation.
3. Experience with S/4HANA projects is preferred.
4. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
5. Ability to work in a global environment and coordinate with virtual teams.
6. Intercultural understanding.
7. Willingness to travel as required by projects.
8. Strong communication skills in German (C1 level), both written and verbal.
