SAP Senior Sales, O2C Consultant (m/f/d)

Your Shoes To Fill

• Responsibility for the further development and adaptation of the SAP SD / Retail modules in the internal SAP team in the company's own SAP systems.
• Development of an end-to-end SAP SD concept as well as analysis, optimization and further development of the solutions used in SAP in 2nd/3rd level support.
• Improvement of end-to-end processes in SAP SD in close cooperation with the specialist department and
• Creation of process, system and user documentation.
• Collaboration in exciting projects in a national and international environment and use of future-oriented technologies.
• Conducting training courses and workshops for SAP (key) users
• Managing service providers to ensure that SAP processes run smoothly.
• Ensuring/documenting the IT compliance of processes.

Your Walk Of Life

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification with SAP experience.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting, especially in the SAP SD module, preferably AFS
• Sound knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM, WM and basic knowledge of FI/CO
• Initial experience or basic knowledge of the ABAP/4 programming language is an advantage
• In-depth business understanding in the areas of sales and warehouse logistics
• Strong willingness and ability to familiarize yourself with new technologies and solutions
• Ideally SAP consultant certification in SD or related modules
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
