SAP Success Factors Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d)

Join FUNKE as an SAP Success Factors Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) and contribute to our digital transformation. We are looking for candidates to join our team in Essen, Erfurt, Hamburg, or Ismaning.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop a roadmap in collaboration with the team.
• Configure and develop various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation, including SAP HCM interface.
• Implement specific requirements through system configuration.
• Analyze, maintain, and optimize HR processes.
• Document processes, system settings, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Completed studies, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in configuring and consulting on SuccessFactors modules, preferably with certifications.
• Knowledge of HR processes and enthusiasm for collaborating with HR departments.
• Structured, careful, and agile work style with goal orientation.
• Initiative, flexibility, team spirit, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German.
