Job Description

The position can be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration within Employee Central.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Lead and mentor project team members, offering guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors developments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, focusing on Employee Central.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification; professional certification is a plus.
