Job Description

The position can be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration within Employee Central.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Lead and mentor project team members, offering guidance and knowledge transfer.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Assist in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
Stay updated on industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors developments.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, focusing on Employee Central.
Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification; professional certification is a plus.
