What You'll Do:

Our SCM Product Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketing Specialist to drive content-led marketing for SAP Supply Chain Management. You will create and distribute high-impact content, execute go‑to‑market strategies, and lead global executive events to strengthen customer relationships, uncover client needs, and enable cross‑ and upselling. The role also includes managing key stakeholders, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful marketing project delivery worldwide.

  • Develop and represent compelling product messaging, positioning, and branding for customers, partners, analysts, press, and internal teams.
  • Create and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including content assets such as blogs, executive presentations, webinars, videos, and case studies highlighting procurement innovations.
  • Own product/feature release communications, including messaging frameworks, announcement content, public roadmaps, and updates to SAP.com and SAP Community pages focused on procurement.
  • Lead the development of customer journey content, programs, and resources, ensuring quality, consistency, and completeness while curating hero customer stories to drive engagement.
  • Plan and execute content and marketing campaigns along the customer journey, tracking KPIs like engagement, conversion, and lead generation.
  • Serve as the content lead for Tier 1 SAP events, 3rd‑party industry events, and analyst engagements, delivering insightful presentations and materials on supply chain and procurement trends.
  • Lead the planning and execution of global executive and CxO events, including conferences, customer gatherings, and internal leadership events, ensuring high‑quality experiences and materials.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Board Offices, executive leadership, customers, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Manage marketing projects, including timelines, cross‑functional team coordination, and executive reporting.
  • Build relationships with senior peers, manage content teams or contributors, set objectives, provide feedback, and support development through performance management and recruitment focused on marketing talent.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in marketing, content management, or project/event management—ideally in B2B or software/technology environments.
  • Proven experience creating content assets, running marketing campaigns, and managing executive events.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and independently with Board Offices and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills, KPI tracking, and reporting to optimize marketing activities.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and passion for innovative content and marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable working in international teams with willingness to travel globally.
