Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth operation of daily business during your shift.
• Lead and motivate the team to consistently maintain the high standards of Burgermeister.
• Guarantee compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Coordinate staff and work closely with the store manager to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct inventory checks and support stock ordering and receiving.

Qualifications

• Shift Leader
• First experience in a comparable role, ideally in gastronomy or system gastronomy.
• Strong leadership skills, combined with a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to lead a team successfully.
• Service orientation and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations.
