Scaled Site Plan & 3D Visualization for Villa Project (Permit Visualization) Title: Create a Scaled Site Plan + 3D Visualization (L-Shaped Villa, Natural Stone, Pool, Terrace – Permit Visualization) Description: I am looking for an experienced architect, architectural drafter, or 3D designer to create a scaled site plan (top view) and a 3D visualization of my planned villa on my coastal property in Morocco. This is not intended to be a fully detailed architectural plan — it is primarily for visualization purposes to help with obtaining a building permit and aligning on the design concept. Property Details: Location: Coastal plot in Morocco (satellite image will be provided) Size: 2,700 m² Shape: Irregular (see satellite image) Blue boundary line is visible in the image West side: Sea view Building Regulations: Maximum building footprint: 150 m² (main building, without terrace) Allowed floors: Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor, Roof Terrace Terrace can exceed 150 m² House Design Concept: Layout: L-shaped Long wing parallel to the west side (sea view) Short wing facing north Style: Moroccan / Mediterranean Natural stone walls and traditional wood Stone arches Large windows for light and sea view Roof: Flat roof with walkable rooftop terrace Partial pergola for shade Materials: Natural stone and traditional wood for walls Wood for terraces and pergola Glass for large windows and possibly railings Outdoor Area: Large wooden terrace about 4m wide in the inner corner of the L-shape (larger than the house footprint) Organically shaped swimming pool in front of the terrace (sea view side) Pool and lounging area should be wind-protected from the north Mediterranean landscaping (trees, shrubs) Curved garden paths from natural stone slabs Deliverables: Scaled top-view site plan based on the satellite image Redraw property boundary Place house, terrace, pool, garden paths, and landscaping Second plan version with dimensions in meters 3D visualization of the villa and outdoor areas Focus on realistic materials (stone, wood, glass) Pool, terrace, and wind-protection elements clearly visible PDF export 1× visual concept plan 1× technical layout with measurements File Formats Required: PDF (visual & technical plans) High-resolution images (3D renders) Optional: Editable 3D model file (SketchUp, Blender, .obj, etc.) I Will Provide: Satellite image with marked property boundary Desired Freelancer Profile: Experience in architectural visualization and scaled planning Proficiency in 3D and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, Revit, etc.) Understanding of Mediterranean/Moroccan architectural styles Ability to incorporate wind protection and functional outdoor spaces into the design
