Scrum Master (all genders)

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to support our software development teams who enjoy being part of the agile transformation. You will work in a very dynamic and flexible environment that allows you to develop yourself and contribute your ideas creatively.

YOUR TASKS

• You accompany one to two of our teams on a long-term basis as Scrum Master
• You moderate relevant Scrum meetings to ensure they run productively and efficiently
• You identify the needs and hurdles of your teams and help them overcome these
• You act as a facilitator for internal workshops
• You coach your teams to improve performance and quality
• You actively share your agile methodology know-how with other Scrum Masters and help them grow
• You collaborate with other agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to facilitate our company's agile transformation
• You work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and team managers to prioritize the backlog effectively and align it with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• You support the PO in formulating clear and precise requirements to facilitate understanding and implementation by the development team
• You help the team find the appropriate working mode at each phase of work
• You bring organizational talent and creative ideas (cross-functional meetings, Dev Days, hackathons)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in different projects
• You take team improvement and performance seriously and can demonstrate results with metrics
• You possess an agile mindset and can motivate and inspire your teammates
• You have mastered your methodological tools and are open to trying new approaches
• You are comfortable moderating meetings in English
• You are communicative, organized, motivated, and demonstrate a self-sufficient, goal-oriented work ethic
• You promote effective communication and collaboration within and between teams, as well as with stakeholders across the organization
