We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Embedded Software Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies within technical teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality software development.

Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies , including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .

Ensure alignment between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum Processes

2. Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

3. Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies , including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .

4. Ensure alignment between development teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

Support the Development Team

1. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

2. Coach and mentor the team in agile principles , promoting self-organization and accountability.

3. Assist the team in accurate task estimation and planning .

4. Support the team in overcoming technical challenges and maintaining high-quality standards.

Promote a Productive Working Environment

1. Create a collaborative and transparent work environment.

2. Encourage a culture of open communication and mutual respect .

3. Ensure team members are engaged, motivated, and aligned with project goals.

Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization

1. Identify and implement improvements in the development process .

2. Analyze and track team metrics to monitor and enhance team performance.

3. Drive a mindset of continuous improvement by conducting regular retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- years of experience as a Scrum Master , preferably in Embedded Software Development .

Proven expertise in successfully applying Scrum methodologies within technical teams.

Scrum Master certification (, CSM, PSM ) is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of embedded systems development , including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration .
• Experience handling embedded development challenges , such as resource limitations, real-time constraints, and hardware dependencies .

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills , capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide development teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
