Make it happenDU ... coaches agile teams in a SAFe environment and guides them towards greater self-organization and team flow. You moderate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, and PI Planning. You ensure structure, discipline, and continuous improvement in agile working methods. You recognize blockages within the team early and actively help to eliminate them. You support coordination across processes within the Agile Release Train and work together with teams to build a cooperative and high-performing team structure.

Be our forward thinker DU ... has a completed degree or a comparable qualification in IT or engineering. You hold a SAFe Scrum Master certification and have relevant experience as a Scrum Master in scaled agile setups (ideally according to SAFe). You communicate confidently in both English and German.
