Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Overview

Dedalus HealthCare GmbH is seeking a Scrum Master (m/f/d) based in Trier with a hybrid component. Join our team to support one or more agile teams and help make healthcare safer, better and more reliable.

Responsibilities

• Support/Guidance of one or more agile teams
• Support in team building and shaping cooperation
• Leading the team in the continuous improvement process – reflection and new ideas
• Close cooperation with the product owner
• Collaboration in the Agile CoP at the location to network the teams and trigger changes in the larger scope

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
• Experience in software development or IT project management
• Several years of experience in Agile environments, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Good knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods (incl. XP techniques)
• Understanding of software development
• Very good communication skills for coaching and change processes
• Solution-oriented, creative and empathetic demeanor
• Big-picture thinking with willingness to drive change
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira
