Software Engineer or Developer Background

Your tasks:
* Modeling the agile mindset and encouraging the team to self-organize and self-manage
* Supporting team members in communication, coordination, collaboration, and improving practices, processes, and mindset for efficient value delivery
* Facilitating the cadence, events, and artifacts across the agile team
* Engaging with the Product Owner and Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the team backlog
* Removing obstacles and impediments for the team and resolving conflicts and issues with stakeholders
* Ensuring adherence to delivery governance and promoting state-of-the-art software delivery and quality assurance practices

Your experience/knowledge:
* Deep knowledge and experience of agile delivery methodology and framework, training, and workshop management
* Demonstrated expertise as Scrum Master, applying Scrum principles and practices
* Profound understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
* Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or other common collaboration tools
* Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, along with a Scrum Master Certification, SAFe is preferred
* Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken, German would be advantageous

Your soft skills:
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Motivated personality, taking ownership, and willing to go the extra mile
