Job Description

• Handling and resolving Second Level Support requests
• Analyzing technical problems and developing sustainable solutions
• Documenting support cases and creating knowledge articles
• Closely collaborating with the First Level Support and other IT teams
• Supporting IT projects and system implementations
• Monitoring and performance analysis of IT systems

The Successful Applicant

• Completed education in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support, ideally in Second Level
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems
• Understanding of network technologies and IT security
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented work approach
• Communication skills and team ability
