Solve complex incidents and support our infrastructure services (modems, routers, switches).
Install, replace and configure modems, routers and 4G equipment at customers' premises.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support team.
Take responsibility for internal projects, such as product activation and process optimisation.
Experience in a helpdesk or service desk is a plus.
Knowledge of access services and routing protocols.
A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a bonus).
A problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Flexible and affinity with a no-nonsense mentality in a fast-growing company.
Living in the Limburg or Liège region.
