Looking to make a meaningful impact in security operations? Join us as a Security Coordinator (f/m/d) where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and enforcing local security processes in line with both regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Job Description

As a Security Coordinator (f/m/d), you'll support the Security Manager with daily operational activities to ensure security systems are functioning correctly, support external service providers, uphold global compliance programs, and ensure successful internal and external audits. You will conduct security audits and inspections, support site visits, manage access rights for external visitors, and create reports for Operations and customers.

What You’ll Need

• Higher education with professional qualifications in Risk Management, Security Management, or a relevant field
• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience in a Security department
• Intermediate experience with security systems and processes
• Experience with mechanical and electrical access control systems
• Experience managing security tests, emergency drills, and trainings
• Familiarity with Data Center operations and security processes
• Ability to identify security and BCM risks and suggest solutions
• Advanced knowledge in security management
• Fluent in German and English
