As our Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll play a central role in scaling JOIN’s commercial success.

You’ll drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria – working directly with companies of all sizes, from SMBs to enterprise clients. This is not just another sales role – it’s an opportunity to become part of our DACH team, shape go-to-market strategy, and directly influence JOIN’s revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption.

What you’ll be doing

Your work will directly drive JOIN’s growth and customer success. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis.
  • Present JOIN’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in German and English.
  • Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to ensure customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Product to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment.
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and book meetings.
  • Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks.
  • Analyse results and continuously improve your sales performance and acumen.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work directly with Sales Leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to support customers across their entire lifecycle. You’ll be part of a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values clear communication, shared ownership, and continuous learning.

What we’re looking for

  • ✔ You’re a builder, not just a doer.
  • ✔ You want to contribute to the growth strategy in your territory.
  • ✔ Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
  • ✔ 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
  • ✔ Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • ✔ Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • ✔ Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development.
  • ✔ Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry.
  • Additional language skills.
