As our Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll play a central role in scaling JOIN’s commercial success.
You’ll drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria – working directly with companies of all sizes, from SMBs to enterprise clients. This is not just another sales role – it’s an opportunity to become part of our DACH team, shape go-to-market strategy, and directly influence JOIN’s revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption.

You’ll work directly with Sales Leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to support customers across their entire lifecycle. You’ll be part of a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values clear communication, shared ownership, and continuous learning.
