Overview

Sourceability is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity to join the team and contribute to our strategic growth and market presence. The Strategic Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and managing relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to closing deals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers in the semiconductor industry.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Digital to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Drive growth by proactively identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Provide recommendations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Conduct consistent outreach to customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Occasionally travel to visit customers in Europe to strengthen relationships.
  • Work closely with the business development team to align sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide market feedback to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role, ideally within the electronic components industry.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) to ensure smooth communication with customers and partners.
  • Proven track record of excelling in a sales environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and build trust and rapport.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

Preferred Skills and Technical Familiarity

  • Knowledge of semiconductor components.
  • Strong understanding of our products and their applications across industries such as automotive and IoT.
