About This Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support our clients in achieving learning goals and business outcomes in the DACH region. The Senior Account Manager will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, grow and retain existing clients within a defined territory, and collaborate with internal resources to ensure client success. The role aims to deliver a positive customer experience leading to renewals, satisfaction, and account growth through expansion efforts.
You will learn to be a product expert to increase the platform’s presence within targeted accounts and will map subsidiaries within your portfolio to expand the Docebo footprint.
