Your responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial transactions within the IPS Group, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards
• Collaborate with external accounting, tax, and audit providers to ensure regulatory compliance and support audit processes
• Maintain and update entries in the general ledger and prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting aligned with market trends
• Manage payments, reconcile bank statements, process invoices
• Prepare and present weekly cash flow reports.
• Maintain relevant data in the ERP system and support data transfers between local and group systems.
• Review accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances; carry out internal control process
• Provide support to the Global Head of Finance on regular and ad hoc projects

Your Energy / What You Bring to the Team

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Global mindset & readiness to work in international teams and settings
• Highly reliable with strong attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work, to meet the required target
• Familiarity with all Microsoft packages with advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
