Overview

Senior Accountant to join our regional finance team and lead accounting for the German entity, ensuring precision, compliance, and strategic insight across all financial activities. This is a hybrid role based in Germany or the Czech Republic.

What You’ll Own

Full responsibility for accounting and reporting for the German entity
Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in Germany
Preparation and submission of month-end, quarterly, and year-end reports, aligned with consolidation team requirements
Coordination of statutory audits, tax filings, and GST, ensuring full compliance with German regulations
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and transparency
Continuous improvement of processes, controls, and reporting standards

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, ideally in a SaaS, IT, or Tech environment
Deep knowledge of German statutory requirements, including tax and audit processes
Strong command of IFRS and German GAAP
Fluency in German and English—both are essential
Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion or similar)
A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a passion for precision
