Job Description

Wir suchen eine hochmotivierte Fachkraft zur Unterstützung des Dedrone-Finanzteams in Deutschland. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Revenue Accounting und übernimmt vielfältige Aufgaben im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses. Dabei spielt sie/er eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Stabilisierung der Funktion und unterstützt den globalen Konsolidierungs- und Finanzberichterstattungsprozess.

Standort: Kassel, Deutschland (2–3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort)

Hauptaufgaben

Debitoren/Kreditoren:

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und internationalen Teams zu vertraglichen Vereinbarungen mit Kund*innen, einschließlich Mehrkomponentenverträgen
• Erstellung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung der Umsatzrealisierung gemäß ASC606/IFRS 15
• Buchung und funktionale Koordination von Kredit- und Debittransaktionen, insbesondere Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung lokaler USt-Vorschriften
• Verarbeitung und Überwachung von Zahlungsströmen; Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
• Verwaltung offener Posten einschließlich Klärung von Differenzen sowie laufende Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern
• Prüfung der OP-Listen, Durchführung von Mahnläufen, Zusammenarbeit mit Inkassounternehmen
• Unterstützung der Intercompany-Abstimmungen und -Abrechnungen gemäß globaler Vorgaben

Buchhaltung

• Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach US-GAAP und HGB
• Mitwirkung am Standardkostenrechnungsprozess inkl. Buchung und Analyse typischer Abweichungen, z. B. bei Material, Arbeit, Gemeinkosten
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams wie Vertrieb, Corporate Accounting und Steuerabteilung
• Fachliche Ansprechperson für lokale Finanzleitung sowie für Steuerprüferinnen, Steuerberaterinnen und Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen zu relevanten Themen

Prozesse & Kontrollen

• Mitwirkung an (Teil-)Projekten oder Übernahme von Teilprojektleitung zur Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse und Umsetzung interner (SOX-)Kontrollen
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Monatsabschlusskontrollen, z. B. Bilanzabstimmungen und manuelle Buchungsbelege
• Entwicklung zur/m funktionalen ERP-Expert*in (NetSuite/Salesforce) im Bereich Accounting

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanzbereich
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Erfahrung mit Mehrkomponentenverträgen und internationaler Umsatzrealisierung
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
• Fähigkeit, konstruktiv mit Konflikten und Unklarheiten umzugehen und in einem funktionsübergreifenden, dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Erfahrung mit internen Kontrollen und Prozessoptimierungen
